3.4 Capacity and Authority

4.1 Registration Process

To access grab89's gaming and betting services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to notify grab89 promptly of any changes to this information.

grab89 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during or after registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, and you agree to notify grab89 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. grab89 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

grab89 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a copy of your MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method before certain transactions — particularly withdrawals above specified thresholds — are processed.

5.1 Permitted Use

grab89 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that derives revenue from your grab89 Account activity.

5.2 Player Conduct

When using grab89, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful manner. You must not engage in any behaviour that disrupts the experience of other players, interferes with the Platform's operation, or brings grab89 into disrepute. Offensive, abusive, or threatening language directed at support staff or other users will not be tolerated and may result in immediate Account suspension.

5.3 Accuracy of Bets and Transactions

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bets and transaction details before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except in circumstances where grab89 determines, at its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred. grab89 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds, market errors, or system malfunctions have materially affected the outcome.

5.4 Taxes and Levies

grab89 does not deduct taxes, withholding taxes, or any other levies from winnings paid to Players. It is entirely your own responsibility to declare any winnings or income derived from gaming activities to the relevant tax authorities in your jurisdiction, if and as required by applicable law.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

grab89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). grab89 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is specified, though higher-value deposits may trigger additional KYC checks.

6.4 Currency Conversion

grab89 operates exclusively in MYR. If your payment provider applies any currency conversion, such conversion is outside grab89's control and any resulting fees or exchange rate differences are solely for your account.

grab89 offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and incentive schemes for new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has a defined eligibility period; offers claimed after the promotion closes are void.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable as cash without first satisfying the stated wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire on the deadline regardless of remaining balance.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• grab89 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a Player's Account if it determines that the bonus was claimed in error, through abuse, or in violation of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover conditions) specify the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires RM2,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is met.

7.3 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. It is available once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. grab89 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus and any associated winnings from Accounts where it determines the offer has been claimed through duplicate registration, collusion, or other abusive means.

7.4 VIP and Loyalty Programme

VIP benefits do not constitute a contractual right and may be modified or withdrawn at grab89's discretion with reasonable notice.

8.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on grab89 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, competition, and market type. These rules are made available on the platform and cover settlement procedures, void circumstances, and the treatment of suspended markets. grab89 reserves the right to suspend or close betting markets at any time without prior notice.

grab89 offers betting on international and domestic competitions including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, the NBA, UFC, and various other sporting events. Market availability may vary depending on the event and live betting activity.

8.2 Casino and Live Casino Rules

All casino games — including slots, live Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, and fishing games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are encouraged to review game rules before wagering. grab89 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game title.

8.3 Manifest Errors

A manifest error is an obvious and unintentional mistake in the display of odds, game outcomes, or related information. grab89 reserves the right to void any wager or transaction that results from or is materially affected by a manifest error, including where incorrect odds were offered due to system malfunction, data feed failure, or human input error. The void will apply regardless of whether the wager has already been settled.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

grab89 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per game category at its discretion. Where applicable, maximum winnings limits will be displayed on the relevant market or game page. These limits apply to the aggregate winnings paid out in respect of any single event, regardless of the number of bets placed on that outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on grab89. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending and settled bets, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity — including identity fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or any misrepresentation of identity or payment information.
• Collusion — coordinating with other Players to manipulate game or event outcomes for mutual benefit.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically exploiting price differences across markets or promotions to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated software — use of bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated or artificial intelligence-driven tool to interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of system errors — knowingly taking advantage of technical faults, errors, or glitches in games, odds displays, or financial systems.
• Multi-accounting — registering, controlling, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform.
• Underage gambling — knowingly facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 21 years of age.
• Money laundering — using grab89 as a vehicle to place, layer, or integrate proceeds of crime.
• Prohibited jurisdiction access — accessing or using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other method of circumvention.

All content on the grab89 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interfaces, trademarks, and trade dress — is the exclusive property of grab89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view and access content on the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from grab89.

Any unauthorised use of grab89 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also be a criminal offence. The grab89 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11.1 Platform Availability

grab89 endeavours to maintain platform uptime of 99.9%; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including network outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability. grab89 shall not be liable for any loss of opportunity, winnings, or profits arising from periods of platform unavailability.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, grab89 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — even if grab89 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.3 Cap on Direct Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, grab89's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Player Responsibility

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate in gaming and betting activities entirely at your own risk and that past performance of any game or bet is not indicative of future results. grab89 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through use of the Platform.

grab89 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing a safe environment for all Players. We recognise that, for a small number of people, gambling can become harmful, and we take our duty of care seriously.

12.1 Age Verification

As stated in Section 3.1, grab89 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age policy. We conduct mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process and may request additional age documentation at any time. 12.2 Player Protection Tools

13.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting grab89 customer support. Upon a valid closure request, grab89 will close your Account and process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by grab89

grab89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or our associated policies.
• Conduct that grab89 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to other Players or to the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring account closure.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, funds will be held pending the outcome of that investigation. Where an Account is closed for misconduct, grab89 reserves the right to withhold funds where permitted by applicable law.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account by either party, all licences granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the Platform. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect.

grab89 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. All amendments will take effect from the date stated on the updated Terms document, which will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top.

Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Players' rights or obligations — grab89 will endeavour to provide notice via the Platform or by email to registered Players at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulation, or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of grab89 after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which grab89 is licensed and operated. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

15.4 Severability
